By contacting me, you agree that you have read the following terms of service.
Please read them carefully to avoid future misunderstandings.

general info

 * If I have a queue I will notify you in advance.

 * I will start working on the project once payment is made and all the details are clear to me and to you.

 * All services are for commercial and personal use. This includes streaming, YouTube videos and whatever you can think of. I do not charge extra if you want to sell the product or otherwise profit from it.

 * I reserve the right to post the finished work on social media. (If discussed, I won't post anything until your debut or until you decide to make the model public.) I also occasionally have rigging/drawing streams, so if you don't want that public, please tell me in advance.

 * You can set a reasonable deadline for the commission (usual wait time for a full body rig is is 2-3 weeks, or more, depending on the size of the project).

 * You can always reach me on Discord to ask for an update, otherwise, I will update you when I feel like changes were implemented that need input (mouth movement, body movement etc.)

 * Last minute changes are accepted, but if they are major (for example new clothing/mouth texture changes) it is up to my discretion to charge extra.

 * I have a return customer discount and I use modular rigging, so if you want an extra animation or different clothing for your model later, we can arrange that easily.

 * If your model contains any NSFW materials, I charge 1.5x of the total price. Suggestive material or a big chest is not considered NSFW.

 * You agree to the terms of service by contacting me. If anything is unclear, please ask.

what you will get

Rigs:

 * .moc3 (completed file that you can plug&play on FaceRig or VTube Studio.)

 * Special instructions how to set up the model in VTube Studio along with the toggles (animations, expressions, poses, tracking lost animation).

 * Lifetime guarantee. If there is an oversight on my part or you'd like minor tweaks, I will fix it for free.

 * .cmo3 (Live2D rig file) will not be included to protect the integrity of my work. It is not necessary for tracking, and if you want it, please discuss in advance. The rate for the rig file is 50% extra for the whole project.

Vtuber Models:

* .psd ready-to-rig file

* usual canvas size is 3500x8000px, 300dpi

* Lifetime guarantee. If there is an oversight on my part or you'd like minor tweaks, or the rigger has specific requests for small changes, I will fix it for free.

* The original .psd file I use for editing will not be included to protect the integrity of my work. The rate for the editing file is 50% extra for the whole project.

ordering a rig & what to expect

 * Please contact me on Discord (kainlm) or in email (kaijuules.rigs@gmail.com) if you have any questions. I am also available on Twitter, however, I do not use it frequently.

 * After we discuss all the details, how you want your model to look, the range of motion or animation complexity you would like to see, then I will give you an estimate.

 * If you set a tight deadline I will ask for a rush fee. I only work on one model at a time, but I like to take my time and make it as good possible. Usually it takes 2-3 weeks to complete, but if you want a lot of animations, toggles, additional clothing it might increase.

 * I will not start the project until the payment is made. I will send you a PayPal invoice for 50% of the total price, the other 50% is when the model is finished, then I will send you a Google Drive link to all the files.

 * Payment plans: if discussed, we can deviate from the payment as discussed above. In this case, we can set up a monthly/biweekly payment plan specific for you.

refunds

 * The amount of the refund depends on what stage of the project I'm at.

 * If I can't meet the deadline after 1 extension I will refund 100% of the project.

 * Full refunds are not accepted for completed animations/rigs/art.
